Again my apologies for the delay in sending your package but good news! Its on its way. I hope you enjoy the items I selected for you and can use the lovely knitted thing. ;D I really enjoyed this swap and I apologize to all of you for my not being able to participate as I'd like, but things are getting back to normal as long this current storm doesn't leave any damage. ;D

This is a special message for Irene. You are indeed a Xmas angel -thank you so much for all the wonderful things in my Xmas package (lots of chocolate, beautiful yarn, beautiful knit, and lots of beautiful, beautiful, items to share with my daughter). Your generosity is beyond words.

I cannot post any pics, the camera is broken, and the computer is broken and most of the goodies will be eaten before things are fixed!

Christmas in January :-)

My package from Ingrid arrived today.
Boy did I have a partner who likes being Santa!


After fighting off my daughter...LOL...I opened all my little packages to find out the surprizes. She gifted me chocolate, chai tea, bubble bath, soap, potpourri, novelty yarn, a picture stand, felted slippers and the prize of all gifts...a handpainted angel ornament.

Happy New Year - what a wonderful swap

I wanted to show a little of what JoShell included in my package. The swallowtail shawl from Interweave Knits, is as light as a feather and so warm and toasty around my neck. Included were handcrafted earrings, pumpkin bread, hazelnut cookies, an ornament for the tree, a scarf square from Turkey which is edged in beautiful handworked lace. Also included, two knitting books (which i had not read), and a skein of Jitterbug sock yarn (in a yummy plummby). I cannot thank her enough for making my swap experience so wonderful. Thank you also to the "mums" for organizing such a terrific holiday experience.
